Palm Simulator debug via Eclipse connection timed out

I just downloaded the Palm Eclipse IDE, whenever I go to Run the compiled app via eclipse it gives me this message:
"Unable to launch Target Environment: Target is not responding (timed out)"

The thing that seems to work for me is to turn off the service "Firewall client agent".

After stopping firewall client agent it worked for me.

I wrote an alpha state plugin to RPG Maker MV to try to change an actor's appearance based upon what they were wearing: It starts with the armor, and adding notes to them. Wallpaper Cycler I've created an Android app to automatically change my android phone's wallpaper. (Because, why not.) Description: Do you like change? Do you like your own images? This app if for people that want to change their wallpaper on a timer from a selection of images on their device or supported remote repositories. Why are we going back to the days where web sites were programmed to a fixed size and didn't allow you to resize the browser window to whatever the user wanted? My screen is 1280x1024 but I don't like the browser to take up all my real estate. I guess I'll either have to complain or install a firefox hack...
